The course should be running at the end of 2014. Peter Matkovich will design it. A Country Club will be arranged on two floors. It will dispose of a bar, a restaurant, a game area, a heated pool, a barbecue, and tennis courts amongst other things. Regarding the Residential Estate Scheme’s villas, intended to foreigners, they are to be built turnkey. The selling price will be around Rs 18 millions and Rs 25 millions. Divide by 40 to obtain a price in euros.
